How long does the CNAGT process take?
A quote is usually returned within 24 hours. After payment, purchasing takes about 1-3 business days; after QC photos are confirmed, delivery takes 5-25 days depending on the route.
Do I need Alipay or a Chinese phone number?
No. CNAGT pays sellers through local channels while you pay with international methods.
Can I consolidate multiple parcels?
Yes. Multiple items can be held in the warehouse, then combined and shipped together to save on freight.
Can I see QC photos before shipping?
Yes. Up to 10 inspection photos and issue checks are provided before dispatch.
