How to Request a Refund

  • 3We review and respond within 48 hours with the refund decision and timeline.

  • Non-Refundable Situations

    • Custom-made or personalized items once purchased
    • Items where the seller does not accept returns and you cancel after purchase
    • Shipping costs after a package has been dispatched internationally
    • Orders seized by destination country customs due to prohibited items
    • Digital goods or services already consumed

    Refund Currency

    Refunds are issued in the same currency you paid. Exchange rate fluctuations between payment and refund are not covered by CNAGT. Payment processor fees (PayPal, card processors, etc.) are non-refundable as they are charged by the processor, not CNAGT.
